Regina Abuyuan is a Manila-based writer and editor. She studied Mass Communications at the University of the Philippines in Diliman.
Regina was the Editor in Chief of Working Mom Magazine and founding editor and Editor in Chief of Girlfriend Magazine and HIPP (Happy, Intelligent, Progressive Parenting) Magazine. She was also Family Reader’s first editor. After heading three parenting glossies, she returns to her broadsheet roots as section editor of Business Agenda of the Manila Bulletin. She recently finished editing Your Emergency Survival Handbook, published by Anvil.
She lives in Quezon City with her partner, 13-year-old daughter Simone, seven-year-old twins Marco and Mateo, and overweight labrador Gizzard. Along with some friends, she recently put up a tavern, Fred’s, at Cubao X.
