Meet the Team


Rossana’s concern for education dates back to her UP Los Banos college years, where she became an outstanding alumna. At 26, she founded AHEAD in 1995, the leading and most awarded tutorial and review center in the country. Rossana later established five other companies but remains the proudest with her advocacy of training school principals and teachers. Dubbed as one of the Philippines’ most admired leaders, Ms. Rossana L. Llenado has received more than 33 awards from national and international organizations for education, leadership, and entrepreneurship —among others. Rossana rode the waves as she seamlessly pivoted all of AHEAD’s educational efforts online.


Welwel graduated summa cum laude from FEU with a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication. was hailed as one of the Ten Outstanding Students in the Philippines in 2014, and was chosen to be the recipient of GMA Network Excellence Award the same year. He is an artist under Cornerstone Entertainment Inc and he is known to be the ultimate definition of a multi-hyphenate: a theater, film, and TV actor, a leader, an achiever, scholar, and a force to reckon with. He is also a 2019 Champion and Recipient of Vice President Leni Robredo Istorya ng Pag-asa.


Chin is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of the Philippines Manila with a degree in Organizational Communication. She’s been in the field of Digital Marketing for a year and has experiences with Google and Facebook advertising. In college, she was the Junior Vice President of Projects Internals for the UP Manila Junior Marketing Association, and a member of the Public Relations Student Society of the Philippines.


Syrine graduated magna cum laude and batch valedictorian from Far Eastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. In 2017, she was handpicked by Asia-Europe Foundation Education Department as a Young Reporter for Singapore and Myanmar. She is also a two-time book contributor for Inquirer’s Young Blood Series and an Istorya ng Pag-Asa Awardee conferred by the Office of the Philippine Vice President. Aside from working in AHEAD, she’s also organizing events for Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, Formula One, and F1 in Schools.


Cath graduated cum laude from University of the Philippines with a degree in Journalism. She worked in the field of public relations and digital marketing for three years before going back to school. She is currently pursuing a juris doctor degree at the Ateneo Law School.


Gigi graduated cum laude from Capiz State University with a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Music Art Physical Education degree. She is also a Licensed Professional Teacher and a digital nomad who does marketing and digital designing. Gigi is also a certified social media manager and gained her certification from iMarketer London.


Serena graduated magna cum laude from De La Salle University-Manila and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, with a specialization in Applied Corporate Management. She is also a member of the university’s Rizal Honors Society, which comprises students who made it to the First Honors list throughout all their terms in school.


Cora graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from the Ateneo de Manila University. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the Konrad Adanaeur Center of Journalism – Ateneo de Manila University. She is an agile communicator – this means that she has accumulated (and continues to accumulate) a wealth of experience in the various communication fields, ranging from traditional journalism; content development strategy, marketing communications; and public relations. She is currently the Managing Editor of the U.S.-based IT content development company and a marketing and HR platform, both of which are based in Singapore and have a huge Southeast Asian readership.


Eric was a consistent university scholar who graduated with a degree in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines Manila. Before joining the team, he has been in the field of media production. He spent most of his career in the Philippines’ largest multimedia conglomerate, ABS-CBN, where he interned and eventually worked as a Production Assistant and a Segment Producer at the ABS-CBN News Channel. He provided production work for Current Affairs shows such as Executive Class, On The Money, Square Off: The V&A Law Debates, and ANC Specials. He also assisted in network events namely ANC Leadership Series: Martha Stewart and ANCX; and covered the EOYP 2019, and the Philippine Quill Awards. He completed the Media Ethics in Journalism course at ABS-CBN University, ranking third among student-employees.
