Jane Santos-Guinto

Jane Santos-Guinto is a born storyteller.  Her first story, told when she was 4 to a group of British expatriate journalists in Hong Kong, was entitled The Monkey and His Briefs. A year later, at her father’s wake, she told a series of jokes and anecdotes to relatives she’d never met before.

A cum laude graduate of UP Diliman’s BS Family Life and Child Development program and an MA Creative Writing dropout of the same university, she hopes to be writing books for kids, teens, and families in a few years–that is, in between changing her baby’s diapers and pestering her Illinois-based husband.

The Managing Director of AHEAD Professional Network, Jane likes to think of herself as an educator who happens to write.
