Jing Lejano is a writer, editor, and crafts enthusiast. She finished high school at De La Salle-Zobel then studied Management Economics at the Ateneo de Manila University. She started working in the papers as a lifestyle writer for The Business Star before joining the world of glossies as Managing Editor of Smart Parenting magazine. She then moved to Good Housekeeping Philippines as Home and Family Editor. She would later become its Editor in Chief for four years.
Today, she is happy to be working at home, editing the pages of Urban Mom and Turista, and writing for YES!, Yummy, and Women’s Health.
Jing Lejano loves taking long alfresco meals under their front yard mango tree. When not busy with words, this forty-something single mom can be found on the sofa bed, watching senseless action movies with her four kids or at the kitchen, cooking corn soup for her granddaughter Sophie.
